Habita MI is a public campaign for energy efficiency renovation of multifamily buildings in Milan. The campaign is promoted by : Comune di Milano, Regione Lombardia, Cened, Curit, Arpa Lombardia, Sacert, Assimpredil Ance, Rina spa, Green Building Council Italia, Legambiente, Agenzia CasaClima, Wwf Lombardia, ICMQ, Itas Assicurazioni An energy audit is done on eligible multifamily buildings, a energy renovation project derives from audit’s results, finally an ESCO proposes a financial plan for substaining energy efficicency investments.
